The Man…..

Pastor Gibbons was born and raised in the historical city of Savannah, GA. He became born again while jogging one Sunday morning in June of 1990 at 7:45 a.m.  After one year, he received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, with the evidence of speaking in tongues. In August of 1991, Pastor Gibbons was invited to attend an All Faith Crusade in Augusta, Georgia held by Kenneth E. Hagins Ministries. Hearing Reverend Hagins teach the Word of Faith changed his life forever. On January 18, 1993 Pastor Gibbons was ordained as a minister of the gospel under the pastorialship of Pastor James H. Terry, Sr.

During that time, the Lord spoke to Pastor Gibbons to begin sowing into Reverend Hagins Ministries, attend his Camp meetings and to purchase all his ministering materials.  After serving thirteen years faithfully in the local church and following Rev. Kenneth E. Hagins Ministries for twelve years as his father in the spirit, the Lord spoke to Pastor Gibbons and said, “Go teach My people faith at another level; not a new faith, but another level of faith”. After following the leading and directions of the Holy Spirit, Pastor Gibbons established ACOJC and Larry Gibbons Ministries in March 2004. Pastor Gibbons is a man of vision, high integrity and believes in a spirit of excellence.  He believes in teaching the Word of God with simplicity and understanding that you may get results in every area of life.  He is also called to the body of Christ and to the nation, as a prophet and a teacher.  Pastor Gibbons married First Lady Janice J. Gibbons on March 17, 1979.  He is the father of two lovely daughters, Courtney N. Gibbons and Whitney D. Gibbons. They all serve in the ministry.
